What we do
We are a professional business-to-business laser cutting and engraving service based down in the creative land of sunny Bournemouth. We use industry leading Trotec Lasers to provide the best results possible and pride ourselves in high quality, accuracy and reliability.
We are available to discuss any project to make sure you receive the best possible outcome and guidance throughout. We've been helping businesses across the UK since our founding in 2012, specialising in high-volume cutting and engraving, signage, packaging, architecture, model kits, student projects and jewellery. Who we are

We are Lisa, Harry and Jane.
Lisa Founded Hey Create in 2012 selling her jewellery and craft items at craft fairs and online. Skills - Model maker, laser operator, illustrator, business operations, Likes - Jewellery making, Aerial silks, growing vegetables and cats Dislikes - Making the tea! Harry Worked for Hey Create since day one. Started Laser cutting running his own business making Wargaming terrain. Skills - Model maker, CAD, laser operator, illustrator, Rhino 3D, customer liaison. Likes - Orks, Cars, Tea, sculpting (especially orks!) Dislikes -A lack of tea, software updates. Jane Joined us in 2017 and has been an essential member of the team ever since. Skills- Laser operator, production management Likes- Organising and spending time with the family Dislikes- Eating cake on cake Fridays and birthdays. |
Our environmental policy
Hey Create cares about the world and all the creatures and plants that live in it. We aim to do everything we can to reduce our carbon footprint.
Files are laid out to create as little waste as possible
All our wood comes from FSC certified sources and is CARB compliant.
All our acrylic is made in Britain
Our lasers all have a standby energy saving mode and we switch everything off when not in use and overnight.
Recycling as much as possible and as locally as possible.
Reusing packaging wherever possible.
Customers returning packaging we have used, to use for their next order.
All our offcuts are reused, recycled or donated to other businesses (Please get in touch if you would like off cuts!)
Our building is supplied with 100% renewable energy
The Hey Create car is electric!
Our laser provider is committed to environmental protection and has many environmental policies in place for the manufacture of our equipment.
We have signed up with Ecologi to grow trees on a monthly basis, if you follow this link you can do the same and we both get 30 trees planted free. It’s a win win!
