pulse eight

​Working with award-winning UK manufacturer of AV-distribution products since 2016, helping them to bring their entire manufacturing chain into their own UK factory and grow to over 100 employees worldwide. Originally using a variety of branding options including screen-printing, they now use laser engraving for all their product marking, as it's an environmentally friendly process allowing for economical high and low volume production with fast turnarounds and ease of iterations during the design process for their new products.

Known for their award-winning microphones and recording equipment which are manufactured here in the UK. We have been engraving their logos onto their Podcast Pro, Solo, Coronas and Halo ranges and cutting foam internal components and packaging since 2020.

​Personalized over 100 screen-printed bottles for the local NHS trust to gift to the doctors and staff who worked hard during the COVID-19 pandemic. A perfect example of how laser-engraving can complement less flexible printing methods.

​Working with Tache to cut hundreds of thousands of components for their award-winning greetings cards, taking their pre-printed sheets and cutting the characterful pieces that set their cards apart.

​An award winning greeting card designer we've worked with since 2017, cutting thousands upon thousands of card shapes and engraving wooden forks and lolly sticks for their highly popular ranges.

Bella Peake's highly intricate designs are cut with minimal scorching, essential for the fashion pieces.

​Manufacturing lots of products for Model Railway Solutions, including their popular range of wooden flat-pack control panels and back to back wheel gauges. Our branding work can also be seen throughout their highly successful model shop.

AUB Students

​As graduates of the Arts University Bournemouth ourselves, we have a very good understanding of the pressures and deadlines students are under, and work with them to advise and supply cutting and engraving services for projects that can vary massively. Whether it's simple card components, engraving and cutting delicate fabrics, cutting model parts, or anything else they can come up with.

​We have been working with local leather artisan Mike Raymond since 2016, and the most common items we've worked on with him can be found in bars, restaurants and barber shops across Dorset and the UK. An extremely creative designer, Mike has brought us many challenging ideas over the years and we always look forward to seeing what new projects he can bring to us!

Supplying wooden POS components to UK footwear designer Gumbies to be built in their Poole-based HQ and sent to their retailers all across the globe! With a company ethos based around recycling and sustainability, laser engraving on sustainable wood from FSC sources is the perfect environmentally-friendly solution for their needs.

​Warmills flat- pack model kits stand out from the crowd with their highly detailed designs. Supplying them with laser engraved and cut kits packaged in boxes with instructions to send out to their customers since 2018.
